Join us on Saturday, September 14th as everyone's favorite Culinary Institute of America graduated chef, Deb, teaches students how to create some amazing grilled dishes during her live demo outside.
Back in the classroom, our amazing Owner, Connoisseur and Chief, and all around Grand Poobah of Wine, Mike Gonze will walk you through finding the perfect wine pairing for each delicious dish Deb whips up.

WINE & GRILLING STEP-BY-STEP
Step 1: Hors d'oeuvres
Start off light with a pairing of bubbles and grilled hors d’houvres when you arrive.
Step 2: Expert Demo
Next, our Culinary Institute of America graduated chef, Deb Mortillaro, demonstrates how she created the delicious foods from our custom menu.
Step 3: Outdoor Grilling
Then step outside to experience the WOW factor of grilling more than just hotdogs and burgers - Beef wrapped in a towel and buried in the coals, a side of salmon grilled on a bed of herbs, grill veggie salad, even grilled strawberries with grilled pound cake …

Step 4: Wine Class
Back inside for a private wine lesson from Wine Expert and owner of Dreadnought Wines, Mike Gonze while your dinner is finished.
Step 5: Explore and Examine
As the food on the grill is finished we parade the beautifully grilled fare through the dining room so you and your guest can experience the answer to all the questions that you have asked.
Step 6: Taste!
Last but not least… a buffet of all the goodies we cooked on the grill.
